The Bun Lab PCB is hiring cooks to join our kitchen team. We are looking for individuals who can execute menu items with consistency, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently during high-volume service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate grill, fryer, and prep stations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and stocking as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Dependable and team-oriented
- ServeSafe (or equivalent) certified preferred
Dish Washer
